  • Perform/assist with direct care needs such as lifting, turning, transferring, bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, grooming, medication administration, and provide a restorative nursing program.
  • Maintain cleanliness of residents rooms, discharge cleaning, and deep cleaning of facility
  • Prepare meals, serve food, assist with eating, clean after each meal, pass sacks and fresh water/ice, record food and fluid intake and report any changes in eating habits.
  • Provide residential care needs that will support daily activities and help to improve self-sufficiency, self-confidence and cognition as well as build or maintain muscle strength and balance
  • Candidate will need to be able to work independently and follow written and verbal directions; strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Report and document any changes in physical and mental condition in a timely manner.
  • Employees will be required to adhere to all policies and procedures of the facility and safety and compliances, follow employee hand book, and guidelines of Residents Rights.
