Rotary Senior Living offers a wide variety of apartments for seniors looking for relief from household maintenance while enjoying an active lifestyle.
Our apartment complexes range from low income units to luxury townhomes. From one bedroom units to two bedroom townhomes with two stall garages and three season porches, our options will meet your needs. Each apartment comes with a package program to make it easy for residents to continue living on their own.
Independent living residents are welcome to attend daily activities at either Rotary Senior Living location.
Meals are available for a small fee in the Residential Care Facility.
Tours are always available!
Located west of the Rotary Senior Living Residential Care Facility, these are one or two bedroom apartments. Attached garages are available with some units. Utilities are not included in monthly rent.

Located in the community east of the Unity Point Clinic, this complex is designed to meet the needs of low income seniors. These one bedroom units include water and trash fees in monthly rent.

These brick-exterior townhomes are located north of the Rotary Senior Living Skilled Care Facility. Each two bedroom unit features a master bathroom (en suite) as well as attached garage for home-like living. Utilities are not included in monthly rent.

Rotary Senior Living has two townhomes located on South Washington Street in a beautiful residential area for the feeling of living within the Eagle Grove community. Utilities are not included in monthly rent.

The newest additions to the Rotary Senior Living campus can be found on Stockdale Drive. Located on their own private lane, each apartment is designed to offer a homelike environment. Each unit has a built-in dishwasher and a three season patio. Utilities are not included in monthly rent.
