We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant for the facility maintenance team. Looking for someone to perform upkeep tasks such as landscaping and basic grounds maintenance. This position is a fulltime permanent position for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have experience and solid technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls etc.

Do garden/yard upkeep by mowing lawn, collecting trash, snow removal etc.

Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs.

Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations

Report to a facilities or maintenance manager for issues

Skills

*Experience using hand and electrical tools

*knowledge of basic landscaping tools and machinery

*ability to work independently with little or no supervision

*Some basic general repair knowledge is helpful but not required
