Role Overview:As a Charge Nurse, you will lead and oversee resident care services during specific shifts or units. Your responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, ensuring quality care, and adhering to regulations and facility policies. You'll also provide direct nursing services according to individual care plans and physician orders. Support and guidance will be available from the administrator, director of nursing, medical director, and consultants. You will operate under the general supervision of the Director of Nursing.Requirements:
  • Valid RN license in the State of Iowa
