Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing outstanding care, leading a team of healthcare professionals, and ensuring the well-being of our residents during evening hours.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the delivery of care for residents during the evening shift.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and assess residents’ health conditions and document changes accurately.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Provide leadership and support to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other staff.
• Ensure adherence to facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members regarding care plans and health status.
• Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and staff.
• Participate in shift change reports and contribute to team meetings.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa.
• Previous experience in a long-term care or senior living facility is preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and reliable.
• Ability to work the evening shift, including weekends and holidays as needed.
