Rotary Senior living/Rotary Senior Wellness Center is a leading wellness center dedicated to providing top-quality health and fitness services to our community. We believe in empowering individuals to lead healthier, happier lives through personalized training programs, nutritional guidance, and holistic wellness approaches.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Wellness Center Physical Trainer-Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing, along with expertise in physical training techniques and practices. This individual will play a pivotal role in overseeing our team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our clients, and driving the overall success of our wellness center.

Responsibilities:

– Manage and oversee all aspects of the wellness center’s programs, including scheduling, staffing, and training protocols.

– Lead and mentor a team, providing guidance, support, and feedback to help them achieve their full potential.

– Develop and implement innovative training strategies to meet the diverse needs and goals of our clients.

– Conduct assessments and consultations to understand clients’ fitness levels, health history, and goals, and tailor training programs accordingly.

– Stay current with industry trends, research, and best practices in physical training and wellness management.

– Foster a positive and motivating environment for both clients and staff, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence.

– Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming facility that reflects our commitment to quality and professionalism.

– Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to coordinate wellness programs, events, and initiatives.

Qualifications:

– A degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, or related field (preferred).

– Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role.

– Demonstrated expertise in physical training principles, techniques, and methodologies, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience as a trainer.

– Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues.

– Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

– CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).

– A passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals.
